We collect what we need to give you a real job-search plan and nothing more. We don't sell your data. You can delete your account at any time.

1. Who we are

No Exp No Problem ("we", "us") operates the website at noexpnoproblem.com and the related web application.

2. What we collect

When you use the service, we collect:

Account info — your email, password (hashed), and display name.
Voice interview answers — the transcript of what you say so we can build your plan.
Onboarding preferences — work mode, location.
Application tracker data — the jobs you log.
Subscription info — handled by Stripe; we never see your card.
Usage analytics — pages viewed, buttons clicked, scroll depth, anonymous session ID. Used to improve the product.

3. How we use it

To generate your personal 30-day plan and match you to live job listings.
To run weekly check-ins and update your plan.
To process payments via Stripe.
To improve the product based on aggregate usage data.
To contact you about your account or important service changes.

4. Who we share it with

We share data only with vendors that help us run the service:

Stripe — payment processing.
Supabase — database and authentication hosting.
OpenAI / Google AI — to generate your plan and check-in feedback.
ElevenLabs — to generate the interview voice.
Adzuna — to fetch live job listings.
Google Analytics + Google Ads — anonymous traffic and conversion measurement.

We never sell your data. Ever.

5. Cookies and tracking

We use cookies for authentication (so you stay logged in) and a small set of analytics cookies to measure how many people use the site. That's it.

6. Your rights

You can request a copy of your data, correct it, or delete your account at any time by emailing the address below. Account deletion removes your interview answers, plan, applications, and check-ins within 30 days.

7. Children

The service is not intended for anyone under 16. If we learn we've collected data from a child under 16, we'll delete it.

8. Changes to this policy

If we materially change how we handle your data, we'll update this page and notify active users by email.
